Disappointing USB Cable Charger

The cable charger I purchased for my two-way radio was a letdown. As my tests showed, the charging time was significantly slower than advertised. In today's fast-paced world, who has time to wait for such slow charging? The build quality of the product was also questionable and felt cheap. While it connects to the radio easily, it doesn't make up for its drawbacks. The only positive is that it does work, but even that isn't enough to justify the price. Save your money and invest in better…

Pros
  • Provides reliable charging for Yaesu radios using a USB cable.
Cons
  • Cannot charge radios from other brands or models that are not compatible with the USB DC 21 cable.

Works well. in Battery Chargers

Works well BUT only with listed radios. WILL NOT WORK with Yaesu VX-6, FT70 FT1, FT2 etc. Order another cable for these radios.

Pros
  • Portable Audio & Video
Cons
  • Annoying

HF hash is terrible, bad ham radio charger

Does it charge the radio? Yes! It's also very loud, erasing all 2m spectrum in a radius of about 50ft (on radios it's not actually plugged in), even with ferrite chokes on the cables.

Pros
  • CB and radios
Cons
  • Damaged
