Jacket looks and smells like new but a bit damp/wet like wet or not completely dry (of whatever). Jacket and wet/soaked. There were no other labels or stickers on or hanging from the jacket. I bought this jacket for the cooler (not frosty) months and wanted a hood for rain or wind. I'm 5'4" tall and 32" waist. I tried on the small size at a local store with just a t-shirt underneath and it fit really well.
