These are 1.2V batteries.

Standard 1.5 volt AA battery judging by the Duracells pack I just bought to replace. I put 6 of these batteries in a touch control faucet and they only lasted two days. When we first received them, one of the batteries wouldn't charge, but the seller quickly replaced it when we asked. I do not recommend this.

works well with Tenergy batteries

Can't comment on the longevity of this charger but overall I've had very good luck with the Tenergy batteries. They are of high quality, hold a charge for a long time and are quite close to the rated capacity according to my tests. This charger also seems to do a pretty good job, although it's really hard to go wrong with a modern charger.

Seems to work. There are no instructions for the Refresh button. Batteries get hot.

charger works and for the price is good value. *Some* batteries become very hot during charging. This has happened to several new batteries and some of our older AA/AAA batteries. Others don't. The included instructions are minimal and incomplete. The refresh button appears in the instructions but doesn't say what it does or when to use it. Searching the internet I found that it drains the batteries so they can be recharged. It would be nice to know before you click on it to see what it does.
