If you can afford the cost I would highly recommend this pillow. Just try it out, if you don't like it, you can always send it back

I've been racking my brains for a long time about whether to buy or not. It's prohibitively expensive, but worth it. I use CPAP and my regular down pillows were either too big or too small. They pressed the straps of the mask to my face and I could only sleep with her on my back. I tried mypillow (don't waste your time) and was immediately disappointed. Great solution for pillows and positioning aids

I really like my pillow! I've had mine for a little over a month. I had reservations based on previous failed expensive pillows and some of the more negative reviews of buckwheat pillows. Now I'm so glad I bit the bullet and bought this pillow! My husband also decided to buy one after trying mine. I often have neck problems, TMJ and tense shoulders. So glad I took the risk - worked really great for the TMJ - and NO chemical smell or bugs with this great company!

I can definitely see that these pillows are not for everyone. I'm very glad I took the risk. I chose this company because it is chemical free, made in the USA and customer reviews don't mention a chemical smell or BUGS like other less expensive brands. Amazed at how my neck has improved in just a week

Updated Dec 2016: Below I mentioned I was surprised I didn't wake up with a sore ear using this pillow. Well, eventually my ears started to complain. It took me about a month or two to realize that I was no longer getting 8 hours of sleep a night due to having to get up earlier than usual because of my sore ears.
