Description of CT120 Core Tools πŸ”§ 12-inch Tire Iron Set, 2-Pack

Because changing a tire often requires more than one tire iron, this set includes two 12" Tire Irons. 12 inch size provides excellent leverage for those tough to change tires with rounded edges help avoid tube pinching and tire damage. One end is flat for holding and prying with the other curved for a better grip on the bead. I-Beam cross section increases strength and bend resistance without added weight. Made from high quality drop forged steel then heat treated for strength and durability.

Not easy but worth the effort.

I've never changed a tire in my life and I won't say my first tire was easy, but it's done and I have enough money left over. I know that the 2nd tire is getting lighter and lighter. If you have a mechanical flair, give it a try. In the worst case, you go to the store beaten and still pay.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • So-so

So far I can not escape my misjudgment.

I cannot refuse for my incorrect assessment of the suitability of these remedies. I assumed based on other reviews that they would fit the rear wheel removal of a 42 inch lawnmower. You are completely unfit for this task. They may be suitable for removing the front rows, but they are better suited for motorcycle tires. .They seem well made, just too short for my needs.

Pros
  • Suitable for many
Cons
  • Modernity

Ideal for light garden tractors and ATVs/SUVs.

I'm a big fan of handwork. I had to change the tires on my compact John Deere tractor. I'm a qualified car mechanic, so I know what I'm doing. These spoons helped me a lot when changing tires. I would not recommend them for car tires because they are too short for that. I would choose http://www.amazon.com/Northern-Industrial-Tire-Spoon-Curved/dp/B0000AX7PL/ref=sr_1_21?ie=UTF8&qid=1436801781&sr=8-21&keywords=tire+spoons. A longer shank helps with leverage for stiffer sidewalls.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Functionality
