I purchased a navy blue luxury elegant leaf pattern comforter. I was very disappointed that I did not receive the pillows pictured with the duvet. The pillowcases on each side had little butterflies that are pretty boring to look at. As you can see from my photo, there is no leaf pattern on the pillowcases. My item was new and in good condition but it was not in the original packaging and clearly did not have the cushions pictured. I returned it.

It looks just as good in person as it does in the photos! Very soft microfiber, beautiful gray-blue color. There was a slight color error on one side of the fabric, but it's in the guest room - I turned it inside out and didn't care. I have bought several of these covers for my old comforters and this is it! There are ties on all four corners and a zipper closure, which makes it more beautiful. I've had this duvet for a few weeks and love it! The material is thin enough not to weigh my duvet down and the tones, while a little duller than the picture, are beautiful. It wasn't the softest in the world at first, but as I added fabric softener a few times in the wash, it got softer. This is a duvet cover, not a comforter. The ceiling must be in! However, due to the hot weather, I used it without my blanket as a one-off!

Pillow pads will not be manufactured correctly if the envelope fastener faces the headboard, the fasteners look the same so one is concealed and the other is visible on the side and front of the bed. If you try to show the clasps to the headboard and reverse one to hide the clasp the pattern is reversed, the nature of the branch and bird pattern reversed on one of the pillows really detracts from the look. I thought it was a blanket. I didn't read that this is actually a duvet cover. I was just looking at the picture and judging its thickness, unaware that the blanket was on top of something thicker.
