Does not protect as advertised

I was excited to try this new fabric softener and wasn't as impressed as the previous commercial. The clothes weren't sticky, which was good, and they weren't as wrinkle free as I thought they would be. Some of the previous softness left a mark on the pants, but not these. I use fabric softener sheets but I have found other Downy liquid fabric softeners that I like better than this one.

Great problem solving.

I have a multifunctional washing machine. Even though I took the clothes out of the hanger right after washing, there were always creases. wrinkle free and soft. I don't think it will work for people who are too lazy to empty their dryers on time, but it solved my wrinkle problems. I have severe allergies but have had no issues with the scent of this product. I will continue to use Downy WrinkleGuardยฎ and will continue to order from this supplier.

No magic wrinkle removal, just another marketing gimmick. Save money on dry cleaning.

I used this with a very small dress shirt combined with down and bounce sheet to smooth out wrinkles (2 down then switched to bounce to see if better results which didn't matter ). The smell is pleasant, that's the only plus. It's a marketing gimmick, using a "dewrinkler" down conditioner alone won't work, using a "dewrinkler" down conditioner with "dewrinkler" down or bounce dryer sheets makes no difference . I'm not entirely surprised and should have stuck with my usual down fabric softenerโ€ฆ
