I have always worn a size 10.5 and these fit perfectly. They are very comfortable and definitely non-slip. I was stepping out of the rain onto the marble floor and saw someone else slip and fall while being held. The only thing I have to say is that these things will keep your feet EXTREMELY warm. I talk like a hot box. As we head into fall, this is a welcome feature, but I don't know if I'll enjoy it in the summer! I usually choose shoe size 8.5 (wide) or 9 (regular). The wide 8.5 sizes are perfect for this. I don't care if it's genuine leather or men's leather.
