Used previously and noticed a slight pungent odour. They must have changed the recipe - a pleasant clean smell, not overpowering. Most importantly, the clothes stay nice and soft. It doesn't leave marks in the washing machine or on clothes like some products I've tried.

I will buy this product again as it's one of the best "green" laundry detergents out there, but I won't lie - after a few weeks of use I've noticed that the Clothes a smelled a bit musty and stale after washing and drying (I also use detergent). To counteract this, I had to use dryer balls infused with essential oils to keep our clothes smelling fresh.

After buying this twin pack 4 or 5 times I thought I had found a decent eco friendly fabric softener. However, the last package I received was very different from what I had previously received. Now it's so thick it's almost thick, and it doesn't wash out of the rinse tray of my front-load washing machine, meaning it doesn't get on my clothes. I had to dilute the bottle by more than 50% to get some in my washing machine and now the product is so diluted it doesn't work. I won't buy this again.
