old stock? bad quality

I ordered them in March 2018 and just noticed there is white powder in there? are they leaking? See attached photos and more. On closer inspection I just saw that the sale date is March 2018. I also think this is wrong. Most people order this pack so they have a supply with a sell by date of next year or so (usually years with new batteries). Apparently I caught a very old stock. I'm not taking any chances and throwing them away.

Put them in a subscription and start saving NOW!

How annoying is it when the batteries in the remote control are low or the Xbox controller gives the last battery warning and there are no batteries in the house? How expensive is it to buy 20k batteries at the store only to forget to buy more when using the last two? Well I say NO MORE! I've put these babes on a subscription and shifted delivery every two months and it works like clockwork. My Xbox says my batteries are low and bam - batteries show up at my door! I'll never have to worry about

Pros
  • The best in its niche

Solid purchase. Big pack with separate 4 packs is better.

It's better to take a big package that can fit a lot of separate 4-packs because it's just cumbersome and when you open the package they can be in a drawer or, in my case, in a backpack falling apart. Overall, Energizer is better than Duracell and Max is one of the best of its kind. Also, Energizer batteries last twice as long as these, and even if you save more money you get less music (I have a CD player), maybe that's it stubborn thought. Definitely do not recommend the Energizer 4 battery…
