The batteries work but they come completely open and wrapped in cheap plastic like someone took them out of a remote control, rolled them up and mailed them to me. I actually had to measure the battery to make sure it was really 12v because they looked and felt used.

As you know, the packaging is sometimes more expensive than the product itself, so I wasn't surprised that the batteries came in a small ziplock plastic bag. I have a battery tester so I tested both and they showed the highest green rating. Like the low price.
