As good as Benetint on my cheeks for 1/10th the price.

I am a longtime fan of Benefit Cosmetics Benetint and this Etude House Dear Darling Water Tint was very similar in terms of packaging and color so I took a chance and bought both. cherry and strawberry. It was only $3.88 each and I figured I had nothing to lose if it didn't do well. These two arrived the other day, well sealed and in 35 gauge glass bottles. Benetint has a full-size 0.4 ounce bottle that costs over $30.00. This stain is very watery and has a sponge applicator versus a Benetintโ€ฆ

Good product! on the lips

I only said the color was darker than expected because I expected it to be lighter. But I was delighted with the applied color. For someone who always wears lipstick, I didn't think I could just wear this sheer color, but I really can and it wears well. I saw another review that said it's best for coloring cheeks and I have to agree, it gives your cheeks a sheer blush that looks like you just came in from the cold. I have a few criticisms, not about the product but about the design of theโ€ฆ

I really liked it in the beginning because everything went so smoothly and lasted for a long time.

This is the first lip color I've tried so I don't know how it differs from others. The color is a little lighter/lighter than I expected, although I've read reviews that it's close to a strawberry shade. I wish it was a little darker and more berry, but I get lots of compliments wearing it. I really liked it at the beginning because it went so smoothly and lasted ALL day. I never had to reapply during business hours. However, as the product ages (I've had it for a few months) it seems to loseโ€ฆ
