Excellent leather cleaner. Have used cloth towels to clean leather and they have never cleaned as well as this product. I cleaned the right side of the leather and left the left side dirty so you can see how well this product cleans. I used a damp cloth, rubbed up some saddle soap and rubbed the leather. have read several reviews of this product and some of them said it doesn't foam or something. I don't know anyone else's experience, but I've used this to clean saddles and gear, used an old toothbrush, dipped it in water, rubbed it on a bar of soap, then ran it over my skin and it lathered well for me. He also did not remove any paint or antiques. very good for polishing leather edges

I have been using Fiebing Glycerine Saddle Soap for many years. Ideal for the occasional cleaning of my hunting, hiking and work shoes. It also cares and cleans. For a more thorough conditioning/weather protection, consider cleaning with Fiebing's and then conditioning with Obenauf's LP - just make sure these products are compatible with the type of leather you're cleaning first. For example, this is probably not the right choice for suede, nubuck or suede.
