Best for Leather in Tack Care & Storage

I've been using this weatherproofing for years on my boots for both hiking and construction work. Snowproof was recommended by a friend who makes custom leather goods. I have also found it to work well on leather jackets, gloves and even leather on the oars and rigging of my traditional boat.

Works perfectly! Best in Tack Care

I apply this to my comfy everyday boots which I like but get my toes wet all the time. This product is excellent in water protection. Yes it changed the color of my boots a lot, but it's more like the original color and they looked brand new! I impregnate all my leather shoes with Snow Proofing!

Pros
  • Stable Supplies
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled

Works with both boots and gloves. Outperforms most similar products.

It is quite thick and difficult to apply, especially when the skin and the room are not very warm. I use a hair dryer to warm up the skin and the surface of the product before application. I then put the boots/gloves in a small forced air boot dryer at least overnight. Slightly smelly on first use but worth it for the impregnation!

Pros
  • Tack Care & Storage
Cons
  • Almost everything is good
