Buyer Warning! read reviews?

Definitely not a product I would buy if I had seen it in person first. But I think Revain should understand how poor the quality of this product is and make the return process very easy. I wish Revain would just take her from her side.

The material is disgusting! I do not recommend this product!

The material is cheap, the bag can't even be opened properly. Seems poorly made. I tried sending it back for a refund and it cost me $198. I sincerely hope they offer me an alternative so I can get a refund!

the picture is misleading about top handle bags

My wife and I searched online for unique purses/bags and they looked good, but when they arrived it really wasn't a handbag, more of a beach bag. Luckily we didn't spend much on her and I'm sure she will find a use for it or just give it to someone. So my advice to everyone else is: pay close attention to the pictures so you don't get stuck on anything other than what you thought.
