Windows 10 is not supported.

Although Windows 10 is specified in the product description, the operating system is not supported and the drive does not remain visible and accessible after connection. Tried updating drivers, still doesn't work.

Pros
  • handy
Cons
  • waiting too long

Cute! Electronics - Floppy & Tape Drives

I use this floppy disk writer/reader to upload CAM programs from my computer to HAAS. I actually bought it twice as the item was faulty. But it was very easy to get a new one through Revain. But I'm glad I have it.

Pros
  • Dope
Cons
  • Socket Required

I like that thing though.

. sad to have to admit that i am addicted to this small storage format. This is the cry of an OLD MAN who has been using a PC since 1984 in his thirties.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Nothing

Piles of hot junk

Terrible drive, terrible mechanism. I read a few CDs a few times and then just gave up completely. On Windows or Linux, I'd have to unplug and plug it back in a few times for it to recognize the drive, and then perform the same ritual when switching drives. The mechanism is loose in the device (can be felt). move when you pick it up). If you want to read a disc, you'll go crazy. For everyone else, it's absolute crap.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • will be added later
