very surprised that Florshiem shoes fell apart. I took it and glued it, today I put it back on and one comes apart again. Request a Refund!

The glue on the sole of the shoe came off after 60 days of normal wear. I have bought this very comfortable shoe several times over the last few years and this was the first time the cheap glue has come loose. There must be a quality defect. I will not buy this product again. I took it to a $12 shoe repair shop to have it reglued.

The shoes I received were a regular size 10 with a size 9 1/2 3W stamped on them. I will wear them but remind myself not to buy Florsheim again in the future. The ones I've had in the past fit a lot better.

The upper strap of the left shoe is much tighter than the right one and this is not a problem with other shoes. However, my biggest complaint is that after the soles wear out, the leather becomes very slippery with normal walking on smooth floors like tile or the stone floor of an office building. Will not buy any more Florsheim products in the future.

I have only ever loved Florsheim shoes and wear them. This pair looked good and fit well. However, after less than 6 months, use the front sole on both shoes separately from the shoes every other day. I contacted Florhseim and the company sent me a gift card to replace the faulty shoes. Although I was disappointed with the poor quality of this particular pair of shoes, I am happy with how Florsheim handled my complaint.

Pros: the shoes look very beautiful and elegant! After receiving it, I didn't hesitate to throw the box away, knowing that I would definitely wear these shoes!
