Finding the right wheels for the Fulton 1600# Double Jack is extremely difficult. I ordered these hoping they would fit. As a result, I had to modify the jack mount to make them work somehow.

I was looking at cheaper offers and the sizes were incorrect or not listed. This wheel is exactly the same as the one that was damaged and replaced perfectly. It is 2" wide and has a 1/2" bolt hole. I needed a 7/16 and it comes with a 7/16 socket and screw the size I need. Fix 1 minute.
