Not as smooth as I expected.

I replaced my shocks because the ride quality felt a bit lost. The new dampers feel a bit stiff, now I can feel every bump in the road.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • unreliable

Good solid ride, great price.

Rough ride but I like it. Good price, Revain is much cheaper than Autozone. Controls body movements very well in my big suburb. Got them front and back.

Pros
  • Shock and vibration protection
Cons
  • High price

Driven 8 months and 6000 km before deteriorating

Shock absorbers installed on the 2003 Tahoe LT without modifications. The dampers started making so much noise that they had to be replaced after only 8 months. During that time I have driven the truck less than 6,000 miles. Most of those miles were highway and none of them were off-road. My advice, get something better than these.

Pros
  • Shock absorber
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
