This product is great when you need a low profile fan/chassis combo. I haven't had any problems with it so far, except for one, the fan. After a few weeks, the fan starts wheezing (like almost every rpi fan). I thought the thin design of this one would be an exception, but unfortunately that's what happened with the three I bought. I understand that this happens with normal wear and tear, but it shouldn't happen in the first two weeks. Fix this and I will be a lifetime user of this product

It's like a tortoise shell for your Pi. The top and bottom plates make it a good protective case and the heatsink makes it functional. Minimalist design and ease of use.

Cooler fits perfectly but fans wear out quickly. You have to buy fans, which makes it expensive in the long run. Please the quality of the goods.

Most of my Pi4s have moderate overclocks and fairly heavy workloads (Docker or emulation), I never see any dangerous or temperature related issues. Highly recommended, these cases make it easy to take your IoT project from the workplace to the world and keep your device cool and protected. I'm curious to see how long the fans will last. But the bodywork is very well finished.

After assembling the case with the included thermal pads, a gap was visible between the processor and the top of the case. Without contact between the processor and the case, this is practically useless. I think this at least still protects the Pi from physical damage. *sigh* Anyway, I used some leftover thermal paste to fill in the gap and the thermal performance is nowhere near as good as other cases in this style. It runs 5C higher than a similar case I bought from Chicago Electronics…
