Gold Toe Socks Always Win

I wish I had found them 45 years ago, but I'm glad I found them back then to keep my feet warm in winter. Now after years of wearing them only in cold weather my doctor says to wear them year round to keep my feet from swelling so you have them and they are not too warm in the summer.

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons
  • Some Bugs

Comfortable medium firm socks

I have worn Gold Toe over the knee boots for many years. They are comfortable and fit well. However, they don't last as long, which may be because they're not that thick.

Pros
  • Useful not just for it's intended purpose
Cons
  • Good but not great

Durable and great price.

These are above the knee and hold up very well. I bought these rescue socks a few years ago and after extensive use they still held up great unlike other socks. They keep my feet warm in the harsh Alaskan winters and I don't have to wear thermal pants under my work jeans. I liked them so much that I bought more.

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • boring packaging

Elasticity does not hold

I put it on for the first time, everything was fine. You haven't slept all day. After several washes, another sock must be put on constantly. I used to buy a gold sock in the store and never had this problem until the socks wore out. But they are not of the same quality.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Best Men's Calf Socks

My husband wore Hanes socks with his White's lumberjack boots for most of his life. But the last time we ordered them they were shorter - not nearly big enough to wear with boots. We risked it with these socks and he loves them. I am writing this review over a year later and they are still in great shape.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Expensive Insurance

The sock fits well and the quality is good

My husband wears a leg brace and needs a longer sock for this leg for the brace to be comfortable. He has previously used this stamp in black; now we ordered it in white. He prefers white as he doesn't use them as dress socks although he could, and he has a different size athletic socks. They fit well, wash well - I use cold water. I would recommend them.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Not even staged like caviar

My husband wears 13 shoes and he wears a sock over the calf so they match the man's 14 long socks and 18 inches. It's not on his leg, just side-by-side measurements. The new sock has a length 11 and a stretched size 15 1/2. The sock leg fits exactly. But it comes back because the toe only goes to the start of the calf and not across the calf as stated.

Pros
  • hold my fists
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Look no further for perfection!

The quality is better than anything I've seen in high quality calf socks. Soccer style socks sold in sporting goods stores are expensive and not as soft. My cheap tube socks were fine. It is excellent. And in cold weather, they keep your shins warm, which is especially important if you suffer from peripheral neuropathy and reduced blood flow to your shins and feet. Very very comfortable indoors all day. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • The best
Cons
  • The packaging is ugly

Great winter socks - sports socks

Comfortable socks that stay in place during the day. I like that it's mostly cotton. One star off because part of the foot is too big. I have washed them in hot water and dried them on high heat but they are still a little large in the foot area. I wish these socks were women's sizes but I can see why they aren't. Most women would not buy these socks except for those who work outdoors. or wear boots to make a living like me. Luckily I have a big foot and can wear men's socks.

Pros
  • One year sample
Cons
  • Only available in white

Replace all the socks in the drawer with non-gauge socks

I want knee socks to stay in all day. These are by far the best socks I've ever worn. I work 8-12 hours on my feet. These socks are on my lap at 6am and still there at 6pm even though I take thousands of steps during my workday. OTC products support tired legs but don't tighten or bruise them at all. Nice, soft, don't make my leg look skinny like a low end spandex clone. And that's not all. These socks are great for putting on western, wellies, cowboy or any other type of boot, they will not…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Easily wrinkled
