Deluxe Paper Towel Holder for Expert Cooks Review

This was a ridiculously curved item that prevented towels from spinning. When I tried to pull out the towel roll, it broke in half. Pure waste of time and money!

Mounting screws should be closer to the ends of the holder to allow for slight tension on the reel. I have to turn the roll by hand to keep the paper towel sheets from tearing.

We ordered this when we go camping and we tie this holder to the table at our campsites. It sticks very well to the table and sticks very well to kitchen roll. We have taken it with us on many trips and it has many uses on each trip. The reel has never fallen off.

Well I ignored the other reviews and it happened to me too! This paper towel holder arrived broken. Broken arm, no plastic on the other side. The product was in the original packaging, the box was undamaged. Guess what? Item NOT RETURNED! I tried calling this number and it just kept calling. I emailed customer service but didn't hold my breath! TERRIBLE! DEFECTIVE ITEM sent!

You really hate to waste money but sometimes . You get what you pay for.
