Listen to rubbish reviews

Should have listened to the reviews, there are burrs on the thing, holes weren't cut to end, had to cut out of metal, easy everything assembled and still not working properly, i don't think this is a genuine grizzly part i wouldn't buy from this company again.

Pros
  • Tri-clamp system holds 1/2 inch cutting blades
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged

Finally a cutting tool that WORKS!

Excellent tool for cutting. The cutting face is wider than the rest of the tool so the sides of the tool don't pull against the walls of the cut .Left and right the chamfer at the top of the tool gives the tool a very sharp cutting tip. Suddenly I can cut material on a lathe without vibration, sticking or swearing. I really like this tool! I mainly work with aluminum and find a working lubricant with it WD40, this tool cuts through butter like a hot knife.

Pros
  • Overall tool size 2-1/8" x 15/16" x 1"
Cons
  • Unreliable

Great design, terrible quality control,

The design and functionality of this holder is probably the best of this range of sizes there what it deserved 2 stars if it was just for design and functionality it would get 5. The issue I had was that the face plate of the holder was not milled and protruded over the blade causing it to slide and even fell out...no problem, I just clamped it in an angle vise under the bridgeport with a 9/16 end mill and milled it until the blade was above the holder plate at 32. And that's it..the machinist…

Pros
  • Includes wrench and cutter blade M-2 3/32" x 1/2" x 3"
Cons
  • Very expensive
