High quality but oh!

Top-quality edges are sharp enough to cut! Otherwise, this device is very well made and has a high-quality metal construction!

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Holds Travor FL-3090 plates in the perfect spot

High quality ball head that holds Travor 1x3' and 1x2' plates in any position with no issues with larger details. It is also very easy to transport.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Other

The best balance of weight and strength

Looking for a replacement mini ball head. My last three were light but very difficult to hold due to the weight of the camera. You have to pull the handle. And then the camera would still slide into position. This ball head is slightly larger and heavier but holds the camera position very securely. Exactly what I needed.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Long wait

More reliable than expected

I bought this mini ball head to hold an LED panel for copying slides. It turned out to be more durable than I expected! It holds more weight than I originally intended, so I used it to hold a mirrorless camera on a small tripod. This is one of those rare finds that can actually be better than what you paid for!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Almost never

Quality product at a good price. Also great price for many uses

Everyone has a use for a very compact, light and strong ball head. At this price I would like some parts to mount small items like CCD cameras and LED lights. Constructed from well-crafted metal and with a firm, comfortable grip, it just works. The best buy, comparable to the best Manfrotto items at half the price. many stars for that.

Pros
  • Quick Change
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Junk, avoid it! for tripods and monopods

The black plastic tension knob is held on the screw with only glue and the end of the screw is rounded. My cocking knob broke the bolt and because the end was round it just kept turning and I couldn't loosen the scope. Luckily I wasn't out hunting at the time, and now I'm replacing that junk. I've tried gluing the bolt to the grip, but if you push the bolt all the way into the grip, a normal person will decide the bolt is too short to work. Terrible design!

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Volume
