Hefty Baggies 1 Gallon Food Storage Bags - 50 Count Review

I've been using these bags for a long time. They are so convenient to eat that they cannot fit in other bags. I use them on peeled celery so I don't have to chop it into small pieces. Also great for buns. Unfortunately I couldn't buy them at my local grocery store.

I've long searched for two size bags that were once a staple in my kitchen. All I can find in grocery stores these days is the zippered variety and not branded bags. So I'm glad to find them here. Good old Revane - I don't think there's anything here that can't be bought! I find ziplock bags useful but often unnecessary. I'll stock up now that I've found my old trusty pouches. These swivel drawstring storage bags are no longer available in stores. I even emailed Hefty and Glad and was told they were no longer in demand. It looks like Ziplocs have taken over the planet, but they're not always the right product for every use. I still need these drawstring gallon bags to store all kinds of groceries, especially bread and cakes/cookies. Ziplocs can be too stiff or not the right size, so thanks to Revain for once again stocking hard-to-find items.
