After a 5-year-old put it on once, one of the fluffy balls fell off an "ear" band; and on the other side of the cap, the braid itself is fully unfurled. The hat is not very well made. I expect the outer layer of yarn to separate from the sherpa lining at the seams as well. Any imperfections are easy to fix if you can sew like me! Otherwise the hat is very cute, warm and covers the head well!

Super snug but protrudes a bit above the ear cups so not great for ear warming although I did realize this stylish beanie could be just that. The tassel fell off after less than a week of wearing.

My daughter loved wearing this hat and it was amazing as she wouldn't wear any other. She liked this one because of the pom poms on the ends.

We ordered it twice because the hat is so cute but the bobbles fall off and the strings are so small that they can't be tied back.

We live in Michigan so our winters are very cold and windy. This hat stays on my daughter's head while she plays snowballs and her ears are always warm when we walk inside. It is very soft and well made.

I bought a large one for my 6 year old. She's about to get a hearing aid and I wanted to make sure the hat wasn't too tight. Knowing that for a kindergartener adding hearing aid maintenance, a cap that's too tight would be a disaster. The hat is of course a bit big but perfect for her needs.

I am so pleased with the quality of these hats that I ordered a small for my little 2 year old and a medium for my 5 year old, they fit perfectly and will last a long time! Perfect for our Christmas cards!

First put on the fluffy ball that fell from the top of the hat, and then put the string of beads on the side, and the ball fell from one side. Poor quality will not be bought again.

My daughter is 18 and loves this hat. She wore it to Busch Gardens Christmas Town and it kept her head warm the whole time in 40 degrees with a 25 degree cold wind and it looked great.

Ordered medium for my 5 year old and either received small or the description is inaccurate. We don't need to increase the size if we buy it otherwise.

My daughter has worn this hat for several years now. I appreciate that it covers their ears and keeps them warm when it's exceptionally cold outside. It fit pretty well when she got it and it still fits well. Inside it is very soft and fluffy.

We bought a medium size for our 4 year old to give her room to grow. The hat is huge - fits my adult head and she drowns in it. Otherwise it looks great and feels nice and warm with a soft inner layer. I also like that the interior is dark gray as anything that is light will discolor quickly when playing outdoors.

My LO loves pink. So I was a bit upset when the item arrived and it was more of a salmon pink color. The image and description of the product does not meet our expectations. Yes! very warm. But in the first five minutes after his arrival, the decor of the earflaps came off. First left, then right. They were tied together with thick thread. We weren't happy. I read a review where a woman bought this for her adult daughter so I took a chance buying it for her. It's beautiful, it's warm and sweet. I was looking for an L but settled on the M they had and it fits but fits perfectly perfectly. My little one (2.5 years old) has a red dress one size smaller and it fits and looks great. Although I LOVE this hat, this is the second one I've gotten. We put the first one on and that night the pompom fell off. It's ok, I sent it back and they sent me another one. Just put it back on and my little one gently pulled the rope and boom it broke again. So frustrating. They're nice and warm, but they're not sewn very well. If you have a child who absolutely does not touch the brushes, then everything is fine. I don't want to keep sending back and exchanging. So the buyer must be aware…
