HotelSpa Designer White/Chrome-Face Spiral Handheld with Patented ON/OFF Pause Switch Review

The shower head was great until it broke. Bought a year ago, this weekend the chrome plastic hose at the bottom of the shower head broke exposing the inner rubber hose. Then, another day, the inner hose burst because when the shower is on, the water pressure increases the thickness of the hose about three times until it ruptures in the middle of the shower. I'm not sure what plastic the outer tube is made of, but I'm disappointed it didn't last long after 1 year of use.

Purchased in July 2018. After about 6 months of use, the on/off switch broke. Just a few days ago, the metal part of the hose from the base of the shower head broke off. Last night when I turned on the shower the water rushed in and ripped off the inner plastic hose as the supporting metal part of the hose was not attached to it. Water splashed everywhere, including the ceiling. It really isn't worth buying cheap. For double the price I'm now buying the Moen Engage 6 shower head.

Bought this shower head for my elderly mother. It feels very comfortable in the hand, the jet is powerful but not uncomfortable. Feels solid, not cheap. Love the fact that we can flip the switch to trickle as it takes a long time for her to shower and settle down so we save gallons. I bought a suction cup holder so she can hang it on the wall while sitting on the shower bench. I bought this head to replace the one my dad installed in our stand alone shower 30 years ago. Installation took less than 5 minutes and was very easy. The different flow settings give us plenty of choice, and the pause function allows you to clean without wasting water.
