Their sizes are crooked

These are definitely not smoothies/shakes, 0.28" wide straws but thin 0.21" straws for soda or fruit drinks. So this is classic false advertising, try smoothie straws, I guess no one else has a tape measure in their facility

Less than default.

I measured carefully and wanted a straw a little over 0.25 inch, figured it would do. Not correct. The straws I received are less than 0.25 inches. It's a cross between a coffee stirrer and a standard restaurant straw. I wanted something closer to a McDonald's straw and it definitely isn't. Didn't have time to replace so had to use them, they just leak because they weren't wide enough.

The straws are large enough to be used in large cups and are a good diameter, not too small.

These straws are perfect for my large travel mugs. Most standard straws or not long enough for them. The more common straw diameter is half an inch or a quarter of an inch. I love the fact that it sits between those that I feel are either too wide or too narrow. These straws are also strong, not flimsy like some other brands. These straws work perfectly for me.
