Good for a short time for weather radios

Everything is fine for one month. I went to plug the charge, and the soldered bit of the plug fell into the block. Now it's garbage.

  • Trial period for one year
Cons
  • Everything is fine

Frustration with Radios

I bought this unit to replace an old weather radio. Works well but the charger in the device is weak and the cord is about 5 inches long. The connection in the radio dropped, mainly because it was very difficult to connect the USB charger to the unit with a ridiculously short cable. Fortunately, the radio can be charged by winding the handle. I wanted to return the block but time passed and the packaging was gone.

Needs better quality control

I charged the battery in bright sunlight, everything was going fine so I had to leave my mail a few miles away, a storm came up and threw the item off the table onto the ground. hard surface, trying to file a claim at the end of "it's not covered" then why are we getting $1.99 for 2 years coverage when squats aren't covered, trying to contact the manufacturer through the website, and it's not there either Luckily I now have a wet solar camping lantern with MP3 radio flashlight that no longer…

Multifunctional radio!

This is a radio that I think will come in handy on camping trips and during power outages. There is a nice flash at one end and a large LED at the other to light up a room or tent. With coverage for all AM, FM, SW and NOAA weather stations, it can be used for everything from music to emergency weather alerts. Add Bluetooth and MP3 capabilities, and good sound is even more beneficial. I also like multiple power options including AA batteries. The tuner disc is different but works well. As some…

Not bad but not very powerful

I just parked this radio on my kitchen windowsill to let the solar panel charge the battery and was amazed at how long the radio would play (a couple of hours?) with it the energy stored in the tiny battery pack that comes with the radio, which is charged by a tiny solar panel. It'll be a cheap thing to have handy, but don't count on 6 hours of daylight, fully charged phone and listening to the radio - **** so you'd better stock up on plenty of batteries for real work. Emergency***. You can get

Universal radio priced at

Purchased recently so can't comment on the strength and durability of the product but WOW what a universal radio for the price! I don't usually write reviews, but I would like to say a few words about this product. The sound quality is good considering all the different features of this radio. I use the FM band regularly and it picks up stations very well. I still have to get used to the knob. You have to keep one hand on the knob and the other on the tuning knob or the radio will get a little…
