Bought the same item, bought a king and queen. The king wasn't soft and felt really rough compared to the queen. The queen was absolutely soft. You can tell that both duvet covers are made entirely of two different materials.

Like it, is perfect, although I wish the great king had ties down the middle, not just at the corners. It is very soft and after a short steam treatment the creases almost disappeared. Overall good for the price. I don't plan on using pillowcases, but they work too.

It's not 600 threads. It's prickly. I have a 600 duvet for my queen so I have something to compare. Feels rougher than my son who is 100! From what I've read, some people buy a quality, high thread count blanket while others report something completely different! I am very disappointed and it looks like this seller is running a scam by selling multiple blankets of different quality under the same specs. This is gambling.

I already had one of these and knew I really liked it. Cotton but soft silky smooth. I have a great king. Tired of king-size comforters that fall just a few inches overboard. I am very happy with my purchase! It's so soft and the zipper is beyond comfy and keeps my comforter in place for the most part.
