This whole item looks great but the mustache was broken on one side and I had to glue it back on and it also looks like a crack in the crown the Nutcracker wears on the front right and in the middle. The model itself is tall and warm, a little upset about the glitch

I would like to give 5 stars because I am aware of the price and have been waiting to buy it for months. The cape is off-center and taped under the neck. It's too far out of the way on one side, making it look off-center. I think I can find a way to hide it if I show it, but still disappointing.

I've ordered Kurt Adler Infinity Nutcrackers from Revain and they always come in amazing condition except this one had a few imperfections. The raincoat had a pretty big hole in the seam but luckily I was able to fix it. The glitter on the pillow was a little faded in places and the gold box was a little off-center. These are great nutcrackers but for the price you pay I would expect them to be inspected before shipping.

If you don't want a crooked nutcracker that can't hold its gifts straight, I highly recommend buying or buying this nutcracker this holiday season. My nutcracker came with beads and chemistry falling off a poorly glued construction, and also with a wooden stand that doesn't even hold it upright. The king is crooked and his gift is leaning forward like it's about to fall out of your hands please don't support this China and the Chinese make terribly cheap nutcrackers

I rarely leave product reviews but chose to do so because the condition is so ridiculous. This nutcracker is broken in two places - the golden platform it's standing on and the jewels around one of its legs. I'm sure the jewels can be glued in place but the gold platform needs painting and even you can see the damage. It is totally unacceptable for a newly purchased item to arrive in this condition. I ordered three golden nutcrackers. Two were from Revain and one from another seller. Two from Revain came with what appeared to be fake silver-grey cloaks. One was also defective, the other was in good condition. The third nutcracker (from another seller) turned out to be genuine but was broken and the front beard fell off.
