I ordered this "chimney" glass to replace the broken one for the lamp my grandson uses to complete his creation and it fits and is very durable.

Good replacement for vintage. My son broke on me and I needed a new one. If you can't find it at a thrift store, this is a good option. Mine was well packaged and I had no problems.

They (right size) are harder to find than I thought. I finally found it. I paid more for it than I wanted but didn't have much choice due to limited availability. It is what it claims to be and works great in my lamp.

We have an old lamp whose chimney broke years ago and I finally found the right one. When it arrived it was wrapped in bubble wrap and secured with extra cardboard to keep it from breaking. Perfect. Highly recommended.

However, I have found that my lamp needs to be rewired and is not safe to use. So I'll ask a friend to teach me how to solder a lamp!

I was so happy to find this part for a lamp that looks like a kerosene lamp. He was just the right size. When I tried to put it in, this fireplace glass shattered in my hands like it had exploded. I'm not young and strong and didn't push hard, but it broke into several smaller pieces. I don't know what to do now - I can't buy another one and break it again.
