Great time saver. in Pipes, fittings and accessories

Saves a lot of time and is well made. Don't forget to screw it deep into the pipe that the threads will cut into. I didn't prick deep enough at first and the dispenser had a slow jet.

Very disappointed, good for rough plumbing

I have personally installed hundreds of saddle fittings. I've never had a single break in half while putting it on. I bought in need and will never do it again. Not all saddles are the same.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Contains LEAD! - Pipe, Fittings & Supplies

I see no reason to expose myself to lead, no matter how small. It went in the trash. FYI, I've since learned that most state and local plumbing codes don't allow shut-off valves.
