Medical Recommendations for Essential Fatty Acids

My doctor recommended me 7-Keto Dea, not regular Dea. She felt the ordinary Dea morph into whatever she wants without much control. Being estrogen dominant this didn't work for me. She seemed to think it would help me a lot better. I'm willing to give it a try because the price is very low. My pharmacist told me that the brand doesn't matter much with this product, they have tested many and compared them all pretty much the same.

Increase your metabolism

I usually watch Dr. Oz doesn't, but I stumbled across a passage the other day about how to increase your metabolism to help your body lose weight. He recommended trying this dose for a few weeks before increasing the dose. After two I can honestly say my metabolism has increased, I'm not on a diet but have lost an average of 4 pounds a week so far. As always recommended, I consulted my doctor first to make sure it didn't hurt but would help me in the long run.
