I was very happy about this bag, but was ultimately disappointed. Backpack, love that it's not black inside so things are easier to find (but loved the pattern in what I received), love that it can be attached to luggage, neat organization , fits my 14 inch laptop. Cons: Bags need more thought out. The inner compartment for the laptop is on the outside of the bag. I just wish it had a cooler pocket on the front and a zip closure. It can hold my snacks, medication, pillow and blanket, and my tablet, but it's not covered by the company's warranty. Why is there no guarantee? I purchased a Quickstep wallet from QVC and it is covered by the company's warranty.

I used to order purple (from elsewhere) but really wanted the striped orchid colour. When I found it at Revain I ordered it for myself and gave the other one to my husband. We needed both bags for one flight and this one fit really well. Plenty of pockets for organization and RFID to keep things secure. Add to that the ability to convert 3 different bag types (tote/crossbody/backpack) and you're a winner. Lots of space in all pockets and very durable, love it.

I use this bag as a daily bag to carry all my stuff including makeup, wallet and diary. It has lots of pockets and organization. Backpack and shoulder straps are good and adjustable with good width and padding. Front pockets make it unbalanced and fall forward when not on the body. Zippers make noises when you leave (they hit each other) so I wish there was a way to silence them. It's really more of a bag than I need and would make a fantastic diaper bag.
