Like most companies (pillows and mattresses) that claim to have memory foam pillows, they don't. This is the usual foam for every day. No memory foam. As the name suggests, memory foam holds memory for a few seconds after you press on it. How a Tempurpedic holds a handprint. It should never automatically pill like cotton.

These pillows are over a week old and I can't get rid of the smell of toxic chemicals. I thought after a few days of airing it would help but no luck. Then I tried washing them according to the care instructions and it still had a horrible toxic chemical smell. The smell is so awful that my head starts to hurt every time I use it. Unfortunately I will send it back.

I fall right into the pillow and inches from the mattress and it smells bad too. I put a protective pad on it and I still smell a little dunk. Never flat? Ha ha ha, probably the worst pillow ever. I followed all the instructions on how to increase the hold and fluffiness but nothing helped. I contacted the seller and they said they would send me more material for the filling inside, but they disappeared from the face of the earth after that letter. My inquiries are no longer answered.

I'm glad this pillow comes with the stretcher because I can take it with me wherever I go. I travel a lot for work and hotel pillows are never good. Now that I've set it perfectly, I can never go back. I can move the foam until it supports my neck just right. When I first came across this pillow I kept browsing because I didn't think I would want shredded memory foam. I assumed crushed meant lumpy. However, due to the high reviews, I kept coming back to this one, so I just ordered one to try out before getting a full set for our bed.
