I weigh about 170 pounds. And although my rug was damaged and subsequently returned, I did not order another one as it is not strong enough and the thin wooden planks break over time.

It scratched my tiles. It's beautiful to look at, but it's just not functional. It also smelled like mold after 1 use. The material is not designed to get wet. It just looks good.

I have a teak corner seat in my shower and when I saw this I thought it would go perfectly with it. It's smaller, but it's great for us. I highly recommend putting some non-slip strips on the slats of the rug as it has a smooth, smooth surface. You don't have to cover the whole rug, I alternated every other plank and it worked.

I was definitely not impressed. It says it's mold resistant, but as you can see, that's not true. I flip it after each use so it dries faster and still looks crappy. The build quality didn't impress me either. It was assembled with weak struts and the slats started to loosen about 2 weeks after first use as the weight when we stand on it is different for each section. My bath rug works wonders! Not like the picture, but even better! that is beautiful!
