I balked at first because of the price but after a few weeks of ownership they were worth it. Very light but very warm and also fights cold wind. I wear them every day when walking the dog when the temperature is 40 and below. I would highly recommend these pants as they are so light it feels like you are wearing nothing at all but your feet are very warm. I even wear them around the house when I come back for a while.

I bought these camping pants to add a layer to my sleeping bag but couldn't wait to put them on! I wore them all at once and never froze! A lot of heat to be so skinny! The material is very soft against the skin and also makes it easy to slide over the waterproof layer! Fits well too! Got the medium length and they fit perfectly!

I just went out into the cold and snowstorm to try it and yes it was quite sweaty warm. but more for lounging around camp or wearing weatherproof outerwear or sleeping in a cold-weather sleeping bag.
