So cool I bought two.

I love this unique towel rail so much I have it in two bathrooms. Getting the levers in the right position is a little tricky at first, as they aren't hinges, they're real tube fittings that screw together. But once you learn to just leave them loose (not screwed tightly together) everything will work just fine. It is very beautiful, very durable and very unique.

Pros
  • Quick Change
Cons
  • I won't say anything

It would be nice, but the arms don't move very well.

Looks nice, but the joints that allow the arms to move are almost completely frozen. We had to fight it just to get them to move. I installed it because it looks good, but if someone else comes and tries to move those arms after I've positioned them, they'll probably rip it out of the wall. If I were you I would spend a little more money for a better product.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Maybe fits: Bathroom accessories

Paint chipped off in a small spot. However, this doesn't give me much confidence in the product. The connections are very tight and we had a hard time adjusting them. The arms also stick out further than I expected. It had to be considered how far the elbows stick out. I needed 2 but I'm glad I only ordered one. If anything changes after installing and using it, I'll post again. Update: We sent it back.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • For pensioners

Nice towel rail and high quality metal

Okay so maybe partial user error during installation and partial misunderstanding in terms of flexibility. I would suggest tightening all threaded parts and then installing. The difficulty is that the rod connectors do not fit exactly. I was hoping to use it in a way that would allow the bars to swing, but vertical stability was compromised. Again probably on me. I will optimize and reinstall the patch. Another piece of high quality metal.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • There are issues

Works for now but needs to change one day

Works. Good enough for now. It's strong when you tighten everything, but when you want the "arms" to be posable it gets a little wobbly. The design sucks. It should have been designed without the "t" thread and with just a slip fit. This would make everything much more durable and adjustable. Someday I will fix it! It may eventually rust. There's nothing that can't be repaired with a wire brush and spray paint! Until then I will surely come up with a better design and revise it.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • Lots of things

Simply good. not best in the bath

As in the picture. I find there are too few hands to really hang up the towels you want to dry. This now that I bought it. More decorative than functional. Folding towels in half to dry is not best in my opinion. If the arms were 3/4 longer I would be happy with the functionality. The swing motion is tight. Because of these two factors, I did not use it for a baby bath. I currently have one in my master bathroom but it will not stay the same. It is modified with longer tubes to hang towels for…

Cool functional towel holder. A problem.

This item was pretty easy to install, solid and looks great. We had to add felt dots at the end of each strip on the back because the opposite strips touched the wall when we moved just one. That's another thing, if you move one pose, the other moves too. They move independently, but if you move one, the other will also move because the central tube that connects them all rotates too, and we have to put the opposite post back in place. We don't move ours often so we don't really care, but it…

Not as advertised

I would like something better for the price. First, it doesn't spin unless you leave it 1/3 unscrewed. If you do this, moving any of the other bars will tighten the first bar. With partially unscrewed it is very unstable. The finish was no shine at best! It had the chips in the box. The paint peeled off during assembly. There aren't many rotary industrial pipe rack options on the market. So I redesigned the method of attaching pipes and made it work. For the price I would have expected better…

Pros
  • Good for many
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Prepare first: Loose and lubricated is the key.

I read all the reviews before purchasing this product and several reviewers mentioned that the levers do not turn. These are threaded pipes. In order for them to rotate successfully, they must be loosened and lubricated. Before hanging it on the wall, take it apart piece by piece and apply petroleum jelly to the male and female threads with your index finger or cotton swab if you like. Coated petroleum jelly prevents rust. 2) The petroleum jelly will help the levers turn. When assembling, make…
