Shoulder pads for washing, sleeping and relaxing

They are thinner and smaller than I wanted but I can still use them. I remember in the 1970's we found very thick pads that didn't move when we moved. I thought they were the same but they are really too small but serviceable.

Pros
  • Imported
Cons
  • boring packaging

So close but no cigar!

These spacers are the right size and thickness for a modern look. I just had to trim a bit. But the valves to fasten under the bra straps are the wrong way around and useless. The pads don't stay in place no matter how I insert them. And don't even think about using a shoulder bag. I have narrow shoulders; I could certainly use some help. Unfortunately there are no bones.

Pros
  • 100% Polyurethane
Cons
  • Negative included

Better than nothing

God I miss Kathleen Kirkwoods. It'll be enough. While they fit well and do what they're supposed to do, with no velcro or any method of attaching a bra strap, small safety pins must be used to keep them in place unless you're moving your arms throughout the day . I love the shape and how they allow sweaters/knit dresses to drape better, but the foam "flap" doesn't last more than one wear. I prefer foam pads over old jersey covered pads, but without pins they just won't stay where you want them.

Pros
  • Made from ultra light foam
Cons
  • There are downsides

I LOVE these shoulder pads!

I LOVE these shoulder pads! I wear them without the pull tabs and they stay in place ALL day with no adjustments. I LOVE that they come in black. This color goes really well with my more see-through black tops and black sweaters, which tend to be more open at the neck. They give me enough lift (not too big and not too boxy like in the '80s) on my shoulders so my shirts and sweaters are more flattering on my short, 5ft 1in, 170lb narrow shoulders and help my big " to compensate for the lower"…

Pros
  • Fit: Slim Fit
Cons
  • Almost everything included

Exactly the shape I was looking for.

Exactly what I wanted. A very subtle improvement in shape for narrow shoulders and I would suggest the shoulders are more sloping than I would like. I bought these this fall to wear under kimono jackets for a better looser fit and drape and shape. They do that for me, so I'm satisfied. The strap closure is a little flimsy and they don't hold a lot of tension, but the foam seems to lock in silky fabrics fairly well and you may not need to fasten them. I will buy more of these I'm sure. According

Love it! - Accessory

I like that the shoulder pads align the shoulders and hold the clothes well so they look naturally "square" on the shoulders and drape well. They also protect my shoulders from bra wrinkles and discomfort. I don't typically use built-in flaps as they don't hold up as well as a bra strap pad and are so brittle that over time they detach from the strap leaving a large gap in the pad density. I've used shoulder pads of various sizes since they made their comeback in the 1980's; but of course these

They are good at accessories

Love that the shoulder pads are back. I've always liked broad shoulders in women. They make you look slimmer under the shoulders, which is why they are worn by photoshoot models under sweaters, tops and light jackets. I'm 5 to 10 feet tall and average weight, although I would like to be 10 pounds leaner than I was 10 years ago. LAUGH OUT LOUD. But as you can see they come in 3 sizes. I thought that given my height I should order the largest size. I'm not saying I look like a 49ers linebacker…

  • Molded Padding Kit,

  • I vaguely remember

Pleased with these natural looking shoulder pads.

These are the best shoulder pads that gently accentuate your shoulders for subtle and natural filling of the area. Garments (tops, blouses, sweaters and dresses) fall better in it. For me, the saying "Look better, feel better" definitely applies to wearing shoulder pads. I have small, sloping shoulders that need some padding to make my body look more proportionate. The old, obvious pads from the 80's have been replaced with these thin ones. I have both mini and thin pads. Skinny ones are the…

Pros
  • Slips easily over bra straps for a discreet effect.

  • Large and voluminous
