Well Done; Durable, clear and comfortable fabric; agrees with the pictures; good for a king size bed.

I am very happy with this purchase. I paid extra for this compared to other items I have reviewed but I am very glad I paid extra as this is one of the nicest duvet/pillow sets I have ever had. It's definitely the right weight (for me), the crisp feel of the beautiful fabric, and the stitching and other finishing was top notch. I rated "warmth" as subjective.

COLOR AND STIFFNESS Best used in duvets and sets

Color is NOT red but maroon. Stiff material afraid to be machine washed for fear of ruining it so I would have to pay for dry cleaning to be sure so even more money would be spent on this rough comforter. Nautica is supposed to mean something nice, but I don't think it's because of my purchase of this duvet. And to top it off, the photos show a set of beautiful Nautica cushions, but the trick is there are NO cushions on the internet where to buy them.

Definitely more full than queen.

This is a decent duvet cover, although by no means the best. The cotton is quite scratchy and the stitching is a bit visible on the fabric. The duvet does not cover both sides of the queen bed but sits just above the bottom of the mattress so it is definitely a full size and not a king size. I have not observed any of the tears that others have reported. I can't say I'm 100% satisfied or that this is my favorite bedspread. No not at all. But it will be.

The color is NOT red but maroon. Limited summer use - is it fading now? What we can do?

The blanket looked good when it arrived. Didn't use it in summer. I put it back in September, it's horrible, not a single stain or stain to remove, of course we tried. Colors are not bright. Every small stain cannot be removed; I don't have a photo but I'm happy to send it to you and you can judge what you do with it.
