I'm 5'10", weigh 175 pounds and have been using and wearing the UA Heat Gear size from LG for a long time. I ended up buying one of the UA Heat Gear Compression Shirts (LG size) as well as the Neleus 3 pack (LG size). The Neleus comes in 3 packs and the UA 1 pack is about the same price.
