I live in a dry, cold climate. It's easy to get dry, cracked joints that result in small, irritating, and somewhat painful cracks. Moisturizing lotions work a bit, but Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Moisturizer is by far the best. A spot application eliminates dry skin within a few hours and the skin is completely rejuvenated within 24 hours. Re-application is not required until the dry skin problem returns. Nothing else is as effective. Nearly perfect.

Neutrogena Hand Cream is much better for dry, chapped lips than Aquaphor or Vaseline. I really like this product but not per se. As it is a hand cream it is thick and takes a while to absorb. Maybe it's because I have eczema and my skin is drier than the average person (I need to use a lot more product on my skin to really be hydrated).
