🔧 Omix-Ada 4636779 Self-Adjusting Drum Brake Hardware Kit: Ultimate Upgrade for Braking Efficiency Review

Does not fit Cherokee '91 and up 1988. I filtered by car year/make/model and it is for Cherokee '90-'01, not Cherokee 88.

As shown on Revain website; The tips of the regulator taper to a point that matches the car. The tips included in the kit were barrel or stick shaped and didn't fit the pads. Not tapered, they don't conform to the curve of the shoe.

So I ordered this set just in case I needed a piece or two. I figured it was a good insurance plan when I disassembled the rear brakes and removed the rotors. As soon as I removed the rotors, the springs and pins fell apart and I had to pay out my insurance policy. I had to replace every part in the assembly. This kit was perfect.

after 5 days of fumbling around with the drum on the driver's side to find out why the new drum doesn't fit the new brakes, i noticed that the controller was on the wrong side. Regulator rearranged, now the passenger drum doesn't fit. In short, they sent the wrong one. Once silver (suitable), once black does not fit. I'm so glad I found out what was wrong that I started going insane!

The product ad said it would fit my 1988 Wrangler YJ but when I received the parts I saw that they were different from the pictures. This kit is for rear 9" drums, my car has 10" drums. Should have read the Q&A section (ad didn't identify this). May depend on the rear of the car (the rear of the jeep was not built uniformly in details).
