Great printer for the price.

So far, so good. Good, fast printer. Can't win for money. However, you must have some technical skills to set up a printer on your computer. Also, you should make sure the printer's IP address doesn't change (ie make sure your network DHCP server is giving out the same address every time, or is statically assigning your printer an IP address). I believe this is the problem behind the common complaint that this and other wireless printers wirelessly "stop working" after a power outage. My guess…

The sizing is wrong - Printer

The front to back measurement is wrong. Also, they have a big joke with empty paper trays; The tray needs to be extended to hold 11 inch [8.5 x 11] paper, they don't say or show how to do it and it's not too intuitive. The full end of the tray takes longer to accept paper. The secret is that the small tab on the back bottom left must be held by squeezing the tab in the middle of the back of the tray; then the whole back of the tray slides longer. This is what the overall depth dimension refers…

Good product! Best in Printers and Supplies

I had an old Samsung 2165w printer that worked for me for more than 4 years and now it was showing its age, the Samsung printer in particular often wouldn't load paper from its tray so I started looks new on the market. My initial target is big brands like HP, Canon or Brother but after reading negative reviews of all popular models from them I noticed this Pantum which features and price are very competitive and finally decided to try it. The machine arrived today and the installation is very…

Trying hard to make it work.

There were problems immediately. Couldn't connect it to the network and after hours of trying it finally connected but can't print from any printer on the network unless you're directly connected to the printer with a cable. So we tried that (I thought we were back to the network issue) "Let's see how it prints, at least right? Put paper in the tray (didn't fill it, the gauge on the tray in front didn't even show, that it was half full) it tried to print a test page and it sucked 10 pages and…
