Great shoes. My son wore them every summer. Beware though, I read "flexible" to refer to a flexible, lined size. That's not the case. In this case, they fit a little more. In addition, they have a nice rounded tip and are not pointed. I downsize my shoes from a size 31 to a size 30, while we would go to a size 31 for other models of running shoes.

I am deeply disappointed in these sneakers. We were initially so happy with them - they were comfortable, stylish and versatile - and it was a real $60 investment. But after four weeks of normal wear (never worn in rain, snow or even water!) one of the velcro straps came loose in the middle of my son's school day and the other looked like it was coming loose. He was so upset. Pediped is not offering a replacement (Revain window closed), only a $15 coupon to purchase a new pair. No thank you…

Great shoes! This is my first pair of running shoes but won't be the last. This is one of the few brands of children's shoes that offers a wide and extra-wide sizing. The price is comparable to the Stride Rite shoes I've bought before, but they last much better. I had no frayed threads or frayed fabric and these shoes have taken a beating!
