I bought this for my son-in-law who lives and camps in Colorado. After reading it I felt like it would save him from the elements while camping. I was right he told me this blanket is amazing. It will keep him warm on cold nights without having to wear a lot of layers. This is necessary for its comfort, protection and also a nice blanket!

This is a heavy wool/cotton blanket that will keep you very warm. It is tightly woven and felted so that the texture resembles boiled wool. The colors and patterns are bright and beautiful. I have no doubts that this will be a quality heirloom throw that you will enjoy for many, many years. Actually I like the back - the light side - more than the front black side.
