They are way better than I expected! They have become my favorite pillow and I use them every night to prop myself up and cuddle before bed! I've actually only slept in them twice as the fabric they're made of tends to get hot. But I'm so happy with them!

They come vacuum packed first, you shake them and after about an hour you have two huge plugs. No pillowcase fits them - too big for the standard, another big lump for a queen, don't think a king would fit. They're just huge, big, uncomfortable lumps of something inside - avoid, avoid, avoid!

Too soft for me. I don't need very hard pillows but they squeeze all the way down which I don't like. I wish they were a little firmer. But I really don't think that's a reason to give them a bad review - I just have different preferences. For the price they seem perfectly good pillows. These pillows will probably never become anyone's favorite pillow, but for the price, they're definitely worth it.

These are cozy pillows that instantly feel cozy and velvety. If you plan to use them as pillows to sleep on, I would suggest putting them in pillowcases. They are very soft, so if you prefer firm pillows to sleep on, you can compress them into a firm shell or fold them in half. Otherwise, they are nice to carry on your back when you are reading or watching TV while sitting in bed. I love to cuddle, so it's nice to hug her when I'm in bed. They also look beautiful and elegant.

The removable covers on these pillows are a nice touch. Not only are they removable, but they are also soft and velvety. Of course, if you're at all interested in durability, you're more likely to put a lid on this lid. Personally, I wouldn't want to drool on them or smear them with face oils. These velvet pillows are so soft I don't want to put a pillowcase over them. I love the feel and the quality is really good but yes I will use a pillowcase because I don't want to ruin it with my night cream and spit. The Revain website says the pillowcases are machine washable, but they aren't. not on the pillow label or packaging. The covers are easy to open.
