Super Cool - Welding and Soldering

Super cool product with lots of features, very accurate temperatures and interchangeable tips. I had a hard time at first because the solder didn't melt quickly, but it was my fault that I used a power supply that was too small, now it works perfectly.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No power

Learning curve - but a good module!

It takes a bit of a learning curve and I had some issues with the old firmware initially, but it seems good, especially for the price. With the USB-C PD, I had problems resetting "Flicker and Flash", but I found out that there is a new firmware update for IronOS that fixes these problems (at least for all my power supplies). After updating and tweaking it seems like a nice little "station in a box". .

  • Amazing
Cons
  • Unreliable

Best Soldering Iron

Don't be fooled by the performance, this is the best soldering iron for amateur time. At 21v it heats up to 400 in 12 seconds and is able to hold heat while soaking up generous pads. If you don't know about it, look it up in a popular video, search engine and engine. You may need additional attachments like a chisel, which costs $5-$10 each for this device. Yes, this is a $35 soldering iron that is as good or better than any of the $100 soldering irons.

Pros
  • Lots of Positive Emotions
Cons
  • Piggy Bank Price

Features you didn't even know existed

You usually think of a soldering iron as a very simple thing, just heat up and go. Pinecyl is so much more! The display shows the current temperature of the sensor, so you'll know exactly when it's heating up, super fast. It can be powered by a USB-C charger or battery, so it can be used anywhere. If you leave it still for about 10 seconds it will go into sleep mode and the temperature will drop and as soon as you pick it up again it will heat up again! If you need extra temperature for a…

Good soldering iron for small jobs

Very satisfied with this small soldering iron and have already bought a second one. Be sure to tighten the small screws to secure the handpiece. Pros: heats up quickly. Lies comfortably in the hand. It's light and maneuverable, but doesn't feel cheap. A good display shows the temperature. Uses a standard USB-C cable/charger. Not sure what I need for this iron, I'm using a 60w charger. - Great price compared to similar irons. - Before purchasing this iron, I found the rubberized handle…

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • I say nothing

Small tool, big possibilities

The PINECIL soldering iron is a small tool with big ambitions to solve your PCB soldering tasks. In the short time that I've used it I can enthusiastically say that this handheld is fantastic, especially for outdoor use. Will it replace my Weller WESD51 table iron? Or my SMT soldering station? No way. But when I need to work away from my desk, I expect the little PINECIL to be my choice. Remember that you only get a conical tip soldering iron. It would be nice if a 2.5mm x 5.5mm DC plug was…
