I love them and use them for yogurt parfaits, oatmeal etc. They come in really handy for people like me who are always on the go and want portable food for my kids that I know for sure what is in it. However, don't rely on small spoons as ones that you can eat with. They're a mini-mini, think of a little spoon like an ice cream shop, they make samplers. The cereal inserts are curved (due to the new style I think) and fall into the interior of the mug instead of sitting on the rim!
